Dietary supplements, herbal extracts, vitamin formulations, and related daily personal care and wellness items for men, intended exclusively to supplement the normal diet. On each product page, we list the full ingredients, net quantity, and formulation type. Photos are for illustrative purposes, and the outer packaging may feature minor variations.

When is an order formed? The order is registered once you complete checkout. We send you written confirmation by email, while the binding agreement takes effect when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment in cases of stock shortages or inability to verify details, refunding any payment immediately.

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed in detail at checkout prior to final payment. Accepted methods: Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you prior to dispatch, offering you the option to confirm or cancel.

How and when does your order arrive? We explain delivery methods, transit times, and shipping fees in detail in the Delivery and Payment section. Responsibility for the items transfers to you upon physical delivery.

We photograph the exact formulations we prepare. Why might a shade differ slightly? Just as fabric looks different in the sun and in the shade, screens are affected by display settings, browser type, and room lighting. This slight variance is not a defect and does not justify a free return or compensation. Dimensions, ingredients, and contents are clearly listed on each page.

Who bears responsibility during transit? The shipment remains our responsibility until the courier delivers the parcel to you or the designated recipient. From that point on, all risk of damage or loss transfers to you. If you notice visible damage to the parcel, record it immediately with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.

You have the right to return items within 30 days from the date of delivery, following the steps in the Returns section. In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, a legal guarantee of conformity is provided. Products are delivered in excellent condition, factory-sealed, and within the indicated shelf-life period.

• Goods manufactured or specially customized according to individualized consumer specifications.
• Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
• Sealed dietary supplements and personal care products unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
• Goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Sealed digital content or media material unsealed by the consumer after receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Greek law, the total liability of the company is strictly limited to the monetary amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order. Nothing in this document limits or excludes liabilities that are mandatory under applicable law.

Why do we require an age limit? You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, ensuring responsible management of your treatment. Preparations should be taken in accordance with the package instructions and do not replace medical advice from your doctor.

These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law. The courts of Athens are exclusively competent for the resolution of any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion with us, the competent courts of the seller's registered office will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the statutory rights you retain in your country of residence.
